    1922 (Apr 15): Ukrainian stationery postcard (Katerynoslav overprint type 14, inverted on reply card, Bulat # 127a, unpriced) used as blank card with 1000 r. 2nd RSFSR definitive series (2) & 10000 on 40 r. overprinted definitive, tied by Katerrinoslav Ukrainian style cds's and sent via Moskau to Harlem (Holland). Taxed, as the tariff was 18000 rub.
