    1872 (Nov 15): Paris printing 50 bani rose carmine used on registered letter to Bucharest, neatly tied by both framed 'P.D.' and 'JSMAIL' thimble datestamp (Kiriac fig. 549) in blue. Framed "Recomandat" below and Galati and Bucharest datestamps on reverse. Some file folds away from adhesive but an attractive cover.
