    1909 (Feb 8): Overprinted 15 c. blue on blued postal stationery card sent registered to Brussels and up-rated with 1909 overprinted "Congo Belge" 25 c. black & blue and a requisition number (#120) block of four 5 c. black & green (handstamped overprints) tied by "Boma" cds's with framed "Recommandé" and Brussels arrival (Feb 27). Scarce and appealing early usage of these adhesives.
