    1867 (20 July): Cover with full content from Paris to Baden nearby Vienna, bearing Napoléon perforated 20 c. blue and 40 c. orange, two fresh single examples, some shortened perfs just mentioned for accuracy, tied by "E.U." lozenge with matching "EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE POSTES" despatch cds in black and framed PD in red alongside, reverse with WIEN transit and BADEN arrival (22 July) cds's.rnNote: The cover bears an "EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE / COMMISSARIAT D'AUTRICHE" imprint on the backflap and is directed to Georg Ritter von Thaa (1799-1882), Kustos of the private library of the Austrian Emperor.
