    1798-1854: Département du Léman / Savoie,  three-volumes collection of prephilatelic covers from communities, around the lake of Leman and Savoy region including Geneva, what concerns the 'Département du Léman' period. Including announcements of the creation of the department and also of the beginning of the 'Reign of 100 days' (Les Cent-Jours). For the later years so called 'cachets grattés' and 'cachets sardes' including 'PP', transit etc.. In total 188 documents.
