    1868: 18 bani red-orange, a used vertical pair (Transfer Types 7/3), large margins all round, on double rate cover to Bucharest, tied by grill handstamp and by "BRAILA" wreathed cds (Feb 4) in black (Kiriac fig. 368). Reverse with Bucharest arrival (Feb 6) in black. Double weight covers are scarce.rnProvenance: Collection John F.
