    1914, Prisoner of War cover, postmarked "LAGOS SOUTHERN NIGERIA / OFFICIAL PAID / SE 7 14", to Hamburg, Germany, struck with circular P.C. in red (Type PW2) at lower left, boxed "PASSED / o/c War Prioners' Bureau / NIGERIA", (Martin & Walton Type I) with signature of C.W. Alexander, a fine strike of this rare marking, being the only example recorded.
