    1982 (April 21): Essay for the Queen Elizabeth II Birthday issue, the proposed stamp showing value "24 c.", however the postage rate increased on the day of issue to "27 c." and thus new plates were prepared for the issued stamp at the new denomination. Fresh and very fine marginal example, unmounted og. with matching issued stamp for comparison. A rarity, just six examples of the 24 c.
