    1847 (Oct 7): Printed official entire letter (Leases of Crown Lands beyond the Settled Districts) from the Colonial Secretary's department to Melbourne, struck with framed "FREE / SEYMOUR" in red, backstamped with fair only "SEYMOUR / ♛ / PORT PHILLIP" (Jan 22, 1848) and in Melbourne two days later.
