    1854/59: Diadem 6 d. fawn in a horizontal pair with large even margins all round, used on 1859 cover to London tied by two strikes of the "Sydney / NSW" duplex (Dec 17) in black. The pair used to pay the additional Late Fee / Supplementary rate applicable after the bags had closed; reverse with London cds of receipt (Feb 9, 1860) in red.
