    1886 (March 1): Triple rate Envelope from Casalpusterlengo to Milano, bearing 10 c. carmine and 50 c. violet with upper sheet margin showing the plate number '2' in a circle on the selvedge, tied by CASALPUSTERLENGO cds's with an information strike alongside. Vertical file fold well away from the stamps and one backflap missing, but an extremely rare usage of a 50 centesimi stamp with numero di tavola. Ex collection Provera, cert. E.
