    1795c.: Spanish Colonial prepaid cover to the Casa de Moneda in Lima, struck with "FRANCA" and truncated "AREQUIPA" handstamps in red (Colareta figs 1 and 1f). Fine strikes and a very scarce cover. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
