    Mexico City 1864/66: Eagle Fourth period 2 r. orange (Invoice 9-1865) and Third period 8 r. red (219-1864), used on 26 Jan 1865 cover to Vera Cruz tied by "FRANCO / MEXICO" cds's in black. Two file folds well away from the fine adhesives, slightly soiled but a rare and attractive 10 reales, five times rate cover.
