    1926: Waterlow Pictorial issue from 6 c. ochre to 15 p. black (Locomotive on Bridge); complete set in strips of three perforated 'Oficial' on large piece, all tied by "COLLECTIOIN DE BERNE / MADAGASCAR" circular handstamps in red upon receipt from the UPU in Berne. Further handstamped and signed by the Director of Posts. Unique and spectacular.
