    1853: Queen Maria 5 r. orange brown, very large margins all round with fine colour tied to wrapper to Penafiel by numeral "1" obliterator of Lisbon in black. Porto transit (April 4) in blue and indistinct Penafiel arrival (April  6) on reverse. A rare usage as a single franking and particularly fine. Certs. Morgoulis (1984), Manzoni (2019).
