    1852/73: Small group of covers (6) with 1852 entire to Madrid with "ISLAS DE / BARLOVENTO" in red rated "5 R." on arrival, 1852 entire from Matanzas to Santander per "Velasco" rated "5" deleted and "7 Rs." re-rated in black, 1853 entire to Bordeaux carried on "Arabia" (Cunard) with fine "Etats-Unis Paq. Brit / Paris" in red charged at double rate, 1855 circular entire to USA with "NEW YORK / 2" due mark in black, 1859 entire from New Orleans to Havana rated 10 cents with "NA" in blue and 1873 cover to Paris with fine "GB / 2F." accountancy marking in black. A fine lot. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
