    1853, 1 d. red plate 161, lettered FJ/FK, Treasury Roulette, partially severed horizontal pair, used on small piece, tied by London Inland "15", exhibiting the classical patter of the serpentine roulette with four waves vertically and three horizontally, top margin cut straight, certificate mentions "creased and defective", otherwise fine, very scarce with only six multiples recorded. Cert. RPSL (1980).
