    Territorial Post Offices, Cavalla 1872: 1 pi. red, perf. 12½ x 13½, a used example cancelled by "V.R. POSTE EGIZIANE / CAVALLA" circular datestamp in black (27 Jan 1872). Superb strike - very rare on the third issue - as the Office closed on 15 Februray 1872 and thus there was a maximum of just six week's use at Cavalla. Signed Todd AIEP. Cert. Hass (1997).
