    First Issue 1866: 10 pi. slate, Stone B, wmk. upright, perf. 13 on three sides x perf 12½ horizontally at top, an unused  example (overprint position 162) of good colour, unused without gum. An extremely rare stamp - believed to be the sole unused example perforated 13 on three sides (see Hass certificate on our website). Signed Todd AIEP, A. Diena. Cert.
