    1913: American Bank Note Co. Essay for the Frias 8 c. value, dated Feb 9, 1912 at top, with stamp size design in composite format with photographic vignette in black and the Frame hand-painted in red and Chinese white with manuscript "Follow sample for colour" and "OK". The stamp was eventually issued entirely in yellow. Unique and very appealing Essay. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
