Prepared for use but unissued ½ a. green, 1 a. carmine, 2 a. violet and 8 a. purple, all affixed to piece and overprinted "SPECIMEN." in violet (Samuel type NA2) upon receipt in Natal from the UPU in Berne. Note the first three values are all from the "B" over "OM" setting. Unique. Cert. BPA (1981).
