    First Issue, Overprinted at top 1903 (June 1): India ½ a. yellow-green pair and 4 a. slate-green used on folded 1903 OHMS registered Consular envelope to London tied by "Berbera" cds's (June 1), the First Day of Issue in black, registration cachet adjacent and London arrival (June 13) also at left.
