Multiple Script CA, an unused example overprinted "SPECIMEN" in black (Samuel type D16) from position 13, showing the "Broken Mainmast" flaw, fresh and fine, large part og. Vertical gum bend but circa 420 "Specimens" were supplied to the UPU, therefore it is unlikely more than 6 or 7 examples exist. Rare.
