    Recess from Perkins Bacon plates 1860/64: 2 d. orange-vermilion, imperforate, wmk. Swan sideways, an unused block of six (3 x 2), sheet marginal at base, two stamps at top just shaved otherwise with large margins all round, minor vertical bend between stamps not affecting the fine appearance, unused without gum. A scarce and most attractive multiple Gi = £ 900+.
