    Postage Due 1873/80: Great Britain 3 rose pl. 16 (Gi. 143), used on 1875 underpaid cover to Bucharest tied by "London / WC 4" duplex in black (Feb 6), with "INSUFFICIENTLY / PREPAID" handstamp at left and German equivalent "Unzureichend / frankirt" struck at Aachen in transit on the following day in black. Blue manuscript "65" (kreuzer) and struck with framed "55 BANI" Due marking (Kiriac fig. 1665) in black applied on arrival. Minor edge wear but rare. Ex collection Sassower.rn
