    1872: Paris print 5 b. bistre in a horizontal strip of four, used on 1873 entire letter to Vienna tied by "BUCURESTI" cds's (Nov 10) in black. Seemingly underpaid 5 bani but accepted (probably due to the number of stamps) with "PD" in black at right and Vienna arrival cds (Nov 13) on reverse of a fine and attractive eniire. Ex collection Sassower.
