    1944: Lot 11 early items 'Liberation' (of the Germans), 10 with 'Goznak' issues, of which 4 envelopes from WARZAWA to Red Cross in Geneva and one from MIECHOWICE from 1946 this one franked with Goznak surcharges. Further on an envelope with 5 Zl 'Free Warsaw' (2) via ANKARA to the Red Cross. All Red Cross envelopes are registered. The remaining have circulated as inland mail - interesting censorship, interesting cancellations, interesting historic context!.
