    DDSG / DSNC 1867: Austria 15 soldi. brown, coarse whiskers, a used example cancelled by "Widdin / 24-4" in manuscript ink. Tchilinghirian records an example of the 1864 5 s. rose used in Widdin only, the great rarity of these usages presumably due to the Consular Office not opening until October 1868. Unrecorded in "Die Österreichische Levantepost in Bulgarien" by Dr. Georgi Popov. Rare and possibly unique.rnrn
