    1776-1868: Lot 54 mostly prephilatey, including a few stampless letters. A bit mixed condition of the cancellations, but several realted to military. The best letter appears to be 'incoming' mail, from ROUEN addressed to 'A Son Excellence Le général de Divison César Bertthiev, Commandant de la LéLegion d'Honneur &c, &c Aléxandrie' the townname is crossed out and replaced by Turin.rnProvenance: Ing.
