    1920: (9. Sep.): 1d carmine, London overprint, three examples (one on reverse) on registered letter to London each tied by clear strikes of the German type NOEPE canceller, together with a German registration label numbered 887. The letter shows signs of ageing, but is nonetheless a great specimen of this difficult office. LOME (10. Sep.) and ACCRA (16. Sep.) transits and LONDON (7. Oct.) arrival.
