    ROPIT 1881: Entire letter sent unpaid from the ROPiT Office in Varna to the ROPiT Office in Burgas, struck with oval framed "R.O.P.I.T / VARNA" datestamp (Sept 10) in greenish-black (Tchilinghirian unrecorded - but of the Burgas type) on reverse and blue crayon "T" at left, obverse with "R.O.P.I.T. / BURGAS" arrival of the following day, a most unusual usage between two Bulgarian ROPiT offices.
