    1850: Triple rate Entire letter from Chatellerault to Le Blanc bearing Cérès 25 c. blue in a block of four, a fresh and fine multiple with good to large margins, each adhesive tied by light Petits Chiffres '803' numeral lozenge. Type 15 CHATELLERAULT despatch cds (Aug 11, 1852) alongside, reverse with arrival cds of the same day. Tear in cover at base, reverse torn, not distracting from this appealing usage to pay the 100 centimes triple rate, cert. Calves (1990) Maury 4 = € 12'500.
