    1865: Entire letter to New York struck on despatch with double ring "SERENA / CHILE" cds (March 17) in black; with three line dated "PANAMA / TRANSIT" in black (April 4) and struck with two line "STEAM / SHIP" and "34" (cents) due marking on arrival (19 Jan 1866). Scarce and fine entire. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
