    Bucharest 1867: 10 s. blue, a used example on 1868 cover to Vienna, tied by "BUCAREST" cds (April 29) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 714) with private framed "FRANCO" handstamp in blue of the Marmorosch Banking House. Pink wafer seal of sender and Vienna arrival cds (May 4) on reverse of an attractive cover.
