    1862/67: Entire double rate letter from Patras to Pyrgos, insufficiently paid by one example of Consecutive Athens printing 20 l. blue, tied by '9' numeral of Patras with matching despatch cds (April 2, 1864) alongside. The entire was struck with a framed "Insufficiently Paid" handstamp and upon arrival another 20 l. blue was added to pay the due, struck by '13' numeral of Pyrgos. Two fair to large margined examples used as definitive and due, respectively, an interesting cover Hellas 19a+19d.
