    1830 (Aug 10): Entire letter from Lima to Plymouth endorsed "per Lucy" at left, struck on entry with fine "MARGATE / SHIP LRE." in black (Robertson S4). Reverse with London cds (Dec 13) in red.Initially rated double at "3/4d.", this altered back to single rate with "1/8d." to pay upon delivery. Ex the Brian Moorhouse estate.
