    Postal Stationery 1891: 2 pice (½ anna) orange & black on thick buff postal stationery card (Wa Type 8), a superb used example cancelled by bold strike of heptagonal "Ne" handstamp of Kathmandu II (Hepper page 7, fig. 2) in black. Kathmandu cds below (May 22). Scarce.
