    Meched Provisional 1902: 5 ch. black imperforate, signed Victor Castaign in red ink, a fine used example tied to reverse of 1902 cover by "*MECHED" datestamp (15/3) in black with information strike adjacent. Whilst the cover is dated in manuscript 14 Zihajjeh 1319 (24 March 1902) it was not uncommon for the Postmaster not to bother to change the date on the cancelling device.
