    1915 (Sept): German East Africa Fee stamp 25 h. grey, overprinted by circular "O.H.B.M.S. / MAFIA" handstamp in blue, an unused horizontal pair, sheet marginal at top, the right hand stamp additionally surcharged "G. R / POST / MAFIA" in black, fresh and fine appearance, unused without gum. Illustrated in Gibbs on page 252. Exceptional and of great rarity being the sole such recorded, unique. Signed Holcombe.
