    1850: Lombardo-Veneto Carta a mano 5 c. giallo ocra and 10 c. nero type Ib in a currency mixed franking with Austria 6 kr. dark brown type Ia, all in a close liliput cut, used in Venetia and tied by two strikes of the two-line "VENEZIA / 13. MAGo" (1851c) datestamp on piece. An astonishing and exceptional three-colour and two-currency mixed franking. Cert. Ferchenbauer (2022) Ferchenbauer = RRR.rnNote: Until May 7, 1851 Austrian definitives could be used in Lombardo-Veneto, although kreuzer adhesives had been 15% cheaper due to the curreny differences between centesimi and kreuzer.
