    Surcharged by Bradbury Wilkinson 1894 (Nov 1): 5 a. in black on 8 a. blue and 7½ a. on 1 r. carmine, in matching horizontal strips of five, each from lower right corner of the sheet of 60 subjects, handstamped "SPECIMEN" in violet (Samuel type BEA 1), fresh and very fine, superb large part og. Scarce, just 730 sets were overprinted thus, these being the first IBEA Co. stamps to be sent to the UPU Gi = £ 475+.
