Postal Stationery card, with printed design and head-plate on glazed white card, the curved CEYLON, both 2 c.value tablets and TWO CENTS all hand-painted in Chinese white on black background; marked "A" at top and initialled and dates "14/10/37" at lower left with file number "V296" at right. Splendid and unique.
