'carminio cupo', plate I, large to enormous margins, tied by "ROSSANO 25 GIU. 1861" despatch cds in black (Sassone CS = 12 punti), on cover directed to Napoli, reverse with arrival cds (June 29). A rare cancellation and a most interesting usage after the proclamation of the Kingdom of Italy. Signed A. Diena with colour indication Sassone = € 625 + 5'500.
