    1854: Cover from Morlaix to Paris, bearing Napoléon imperf. 5 c. green and 5 c. dark green, both in horizontal pairs, fine and fresh multiples with fair to huge margins all round, tied by clear Petits Chiffres '2164' numeral lozenge, despatch cds (May 5, 55) alongside. Reverse with arrival (May 7) cds. One sideflap missing, file folds well away from the franking, nevertheless an exceptional usage to pay correctly the 20 c. office to office July 1854 rate, appealing. Cert. A.
