    1900/05: 6 c. purple & carmine on red, used on 18 April 1907 cover from Pamplemousses to Boksburg then on to Johannesburg, Transvaal but the addressee not found. Eventually forwarded, in red manuscript, to "Fomboni, (Island of) Moheli, Comoro Islands via Zanzibar" and sent via Lourenco Marques with ambulant (May 15) and thence by steamer to Dar es Salaam (June 4) and Zanzibar (June 28). Carried by French steamer "Melbourne" to Mayotte (July 2) and thence to Moheli with blue arrival (July 4). Rare.
