    1930 (Jun. 24) Flight by "Southern Cross", Washington - San Francisco, THE LAST LAP OF AROUND - THE-WORLD FLIGHT -  Album page with two Illustred envelopes flown on the last lap, both franked with US airpost 5c and tied on arrival by 'San Francisco Jul. 7' machine cancel, first signed by President Hoover (only three covers believed to be signed by the President own hand), other signed by Kingsford Smith. Very fine.
