    Chalons 1866: Lithographed 4 d. lilac and 6 d. yellow-green, used on 1869 single rate cover from Bowen to London endorsed "via Marseilles", tied by poor strikes of "63" numeral obliterator and also struck in transit with rare "A81" British Mailboat obliterator to prevent possible re-use. Reverse with Bowen cds of despatch (April 14) and London arrival on obverse in red. Listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 191.
