NSW sideways, perf. 12 X 10, an unused example of good strong colour, overprinted "OS" in black and further overprinted "SPECIMEN" in black; typically slightly blunted perfs., marginally imperforate at base, top right corner with perf. missing, two horizontal gum bends on large part og.
