    Diamond Jubilee 1897: 2 d. cobalt used on 3 d. postal stationery registered envelope (134 x 81 mm.) used to Sydney, tied by "BROOKONG" straight line handstamp in violet (Brookong is some 80 kms. west of Wagga Wagga). Reverse with "Lockhart" and "The Rock" cds's (March 3, 1899). Scarce.
