    Third Printing Group 1867/70: ½ real blue on thin greyish wove paper, a used example with large margins all round and sheet marginal at left, tied to folded cover and large part back to Ambato rated just over ½ an ounce and treated as a package rather than a letter, tied by circular "Cartwheel" handstamp in black with corresponding circular "PELILEO / M. C." circular handstamp in black with first 'L' inverted (in use, if seldom seen, from 1867-68). Rare and attractive usage. Cert. Moorhouse (2003).
